It's yellowish crystal powder, being decomposed easy in the polymers soluble in alkali not in water and organic solvents, being colorless, odorless, non-poisonous, pollution-free, and being an intensifying foaming agent of blowing uniformly and gas foaming greatly.
USAGE:
It can act as the blowing agent of PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS resins, polystyrene, nylon 6, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, chlorobutaethylene, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, natural rubber and silicon rubber, being adaptable to closed-pores foam, atmosphere and pressing blowing body, thick or thin blowing body and other kinds foam manufactures, such as PVC calendering and plasticizing paste blowing body, polyolefin calendering and molding blowing body, foam leatherette and others, can be manufactured into the pure white foam, widely used in foam plastics, rubber, synthetic woods, PVC and engineering plastics, being a wide-use, high-performance powerful blowing agent.
