spray drying process. It is brown red viscous liquid or golden
yellow powder and can be dispersed in water with any ratio. It will
show yellow color in neutral or acidity, brown red if in
alkalescence. It has heat resistance characteristics. Yellow color
may fade in strong light. Curcumin has been used in food
industry, like noodles production, reasoning, candy, beverages,
pastry, flavoring and infant food, etc. Packing: PE container for
liquids form and plastid bag for powder or as customer
requirement. Store in dry dark place and protected from light.
